For more than 30 years he has been in different management positions mainly in HR and General Management. Apart from his leadership quality he is a proven expert in Project-, Change- and Transformation-Management, Teaching and Coaching. For him empowering people and relationship management are the key success-factors. He is passionate about developing organisations by focussing on people, Sense & Purpose and thinking holistically.
